By using the Rabta Tag platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for the proper use of your tags. Tags must only be used for legitimate lost-and-found purposes. Misuse of tags for harassment, stalking, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
Rabta Tag provides a communication platform between tag owners and finders. We do not guarantee the recovery of lost items. The platform facilitates contact but cannot control the actions of third parties.
Rabta Tag is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our tags or platform. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
All prices are listed in PKR. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery or card. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Physical tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Digital eTags are non-refundable once activated.
Any abuse of the platform including spam scanning, fake reports, or harassment will result in immediate account termination without refund.
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the appropriate jurisdiction.
