Your phone number is required for tag registration and masked call routing. We never share your real phone number with anyone — all calls are routed through our masking system.
When someone scans your tag, they may optionally share their location. This helps you locate your lost item. Location data is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your data. All PINs are hashed using bcrypt. We never store plain-text passwords or PINs.
Our call masking technology ensures that neither the tag owner nor the scanner can see each other's real phone numbers. All communications are proxied through our secure servers.
You may receive SMS or WhatsApp notifications when your tag is scanned. You can manage your notification preferences in your dashboard settings.
We use essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use tracking cookies or share data with advertisers.
We may use third-party services for payment processing, SMS delivery, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data according to their terms.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your dashboard. You may also request a complete data export.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scan logs are retained for 1 year. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.
